Terms and Conditions.

  1. Entry to the draw is free and is open to all home seller and landlords who instruct a branch of Harrison Murray Estate Agents between September 1st 2010 and November 30th 2010. The closing date for entries is 5pm on November 30th 2010.
  2. To be eligible for entry to the draw the seller must instruct Harrison Murray on Sole Agency terms for a minimum period of 12 weeks. A landlord must instruct Harrison Murray to carry out rent-collection or full management services. Tenant-find only instructions are not eligible for entry.
  3. To enter the draw the seller/landlord must sign in ink an entry form at the time of instructing Harrison Murray and in the event of winning agree to take part in reasonable publicity including attendance at Harrison Murray's head office for presentation and photographs of the prize giving.
  4. The draw is for one prize of a £2,000 Thomas Cook holiday voucher. No cash alternative is available. The holiday voucher may be redeemed at any time subject to the terms and conditions of Thomas Cook who are solely responsible for the holiday.
  5. Where there is more than one seller/landlord or joint sellers/landlords instructing Harrison Murray only one person may sign the entry form for their name to be entered into the draw.
  6. The prize draw will be made at the head office of Harrison Murray on Monday 6th December 2010 and the prize winner will be notified in writing by Wednesday 15th December 2010. The winner's name will be published on the Harrison Murray website, www.harrisonmurray.co.uk and made available free of charge on request.
  7. Employees of Harrison Murray and their immediate relatives are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Businesses or corporate bodies instructing Harrison Murray are also excluded from entry. The prize draw is not open to residents of Northern Ireland.
  8. Harrison Murray will not accept liability for entry forms not submitted in full or on time, nor for damaged or illegible forms.
  9. The promoter of the draw is Harrison Murray Estate Agents whose address is Home Farm, 2 Orchard Hill, Little Billing, Northampton NN3 9AG. In the event of a dispute the company's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
